Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement operations strategies to achieve short and long-term goals in the plant.
2.Oversee daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.
3.Lead the plant to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
4.Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
5.Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
6.Manage relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
7.Ensure that the plant's operational processes remain legally compliant and uphold safety and quality standards.
8.Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
9.Oversee the plant’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
10.Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
11.Work with the senior management team to set company performance goals.
12.Cultivate a supportive and positive work environment that encourages productivity and collaboration.

Requirements
1.Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
2.Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in a manufacturing setting.
3.Experience in planning and budgeting.
4.Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
5.Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English. Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
6.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
7.Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
8.Competency in strategic planning and business development.
9.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
10.Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
