岗职要求和工作内容：
• 负责管理和协调仓库的日常运营和配送业务，监督仓库内物品出库、入库等物流相关工
作，了解商品货物的属性，做好不同商品存放区域的分类，确保出库、入库准确、及时，
并能够及时处理异常情况；
• 对仓内员工进行日常管理和监督，包括仓内人员的招聘、日常考勤、绩效考核等工作，
并且能够对团队进行培训和管理，提高仓内作业人员的工作效率和准确度；
• 根据库存情况、销售数据和客户需求等信息，制定合理的仓库管理计划和流程，对履约
排线、到车检查、装卸操作、商品暂存、到货差异统计、配送时效、仓库日清、客诉处
理等日常仓配作业进行计划、检查、监督、评估和改善，保障仓配日常工作有序高效的
进行；
• 负责仓库相关物流设备的维护和管理，同时参与公司的仓库物流业务流程的改进和优化
工作，提高仓库效率、降低成本、提高客户满意度；
• 负责与供应商和合作伙伴的联系和沟通，确保合作方的商品质量、价格、交货期等各方
面能够符合公司的要求，同时维护好双方的合作关系。
任职要求
• 有相关的仓库、物流管理经验，熟悉仓库管理、配送等业务流程；
• 具有协调管理和团队领导的能力，熟悉常用的仓库管理软件和 ERP 系统；
• 有分拣中心或转运中心管理经验，最好具备生鲜电商仓储配送行业背景；
• 有优秀的沟通能力和组织能力，能够与各部门和业务伙伴协作，解决问题和提高工作效
率。

Warehouse Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operation and distribution
business of the warehouse, supervising logistics-related work such as outbound and
inbound goods in the warehouse, understanding the properties of commodity goods,
classifying different commodity storage areas, ensuring accurate and timely outbound
and inbound goods, and being able to handle abnormal situations;
· Daily management and supervision of warehouse staff, including recruitment, daily
attendance, and performance assessment of warehouse staff, and the ability to train
and manage the team to improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations;
· Develop reasonable warehouse management plans and processes based on
information such as inventory, sales data, and customer demand. Plan, inspect,
supervise, evaluate, and improve daily warehouse operations such as fulfillment
scheduling, arrival inspection, loading and unloading operations, temporary storage of
goods, arrival discrepancy statistics, delivery timeliness, warehouse daily clearance,
customer complaint handling, etc. to ensure orderly and efficient daily work；
· Responsible for the maintenance and management of warehouse-related logistics
equipment, as well as participating in the improvement and optimization of the
company's warehouse logistics business processes to improve warehouse efficiency,
reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction；
· Responsible for contacting and communicating with suppliers and partners to ensure
that the quality, price, and delivery time of the partner's products meets the company's
requirements while maintaining a good relationship between the two parties。
· Required qualifications/skills/experience
· Relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management, familiar with warehouse
management and delivery business processes;
· Ability to coordinate management and team leadership, familiar with common
warehouse management software and ERP system;
· With a background in the fresh produce e-commerce warehousing and delivery
industry;
· Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with
departments and business partners to solve problems and improve efficiency.
