l 根据平台的整体目标，确定品类拓展及运营策略，负责部门业务指标的达成和团队的管
理；
l 制定品类、品牌规划，负责整体供应商管理，包括原有供应商的优化及新供应商的引入，
确保公司采购条件及合作稳定性，与供应商建立长期稳定的合作关系；
l 管理竞争对手调查及消费者调查，把握市场动态及时调整商品配置、新品上线、商品调
价等运营策略；
l 配合分拣、配送部门确保商品到货的及时性、数量准确性、质量稳定性，已经整个入仓
交付的流程化运营；
l 整合商品运营能力拉动产品运营，包括但不限于品类的转化率、客单价等收益效果，确
保平台营销效果及收益达成。

l 具备敏感等市场/品类感知经验，能快速把握市场动态，熟悉用户偏好及消费者购买路
径；
l 有较强的流程梳理能力，能够结合行业特点、品类特点对商品数据运营需求进行拆解落

Procurement Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
l Determine category expansion and operation strategies according to the overall
objectives of the platform, and be responsible for the achievement of departmental
targets and the management of the team;
l Develop category and brand planning, responsible for overall supplier management,
including optimization of existing suppliers and introduction of new suppliers, ensure
the company's procurement conditions and cooperation stability, and establish longterm and stable cooperative relationships with suppliers;
l Manage competitor surveys and consumer surveys, grasp market dynamics, and
adjust operational strategies such as product configuration, new product launches,
and instant price adjustments;
l Cooperate with sorting and delivery departments to ensure the timeliness, quantity
accuracy, and quality stability of goods arrival, and the process operation of the entire
warehouse management；
l Integrate commodity operation ability to pull product operation, including but not
limited to the conversion rate of categories, customer unit price, and other revenue
effects, to ensure that the platform marketing effect and revenue to achieve.
