• 向生产和调度经理汇报;
• 在公司领导下，协助部门经理建立日常调度管理制度，并严格执行。
• 负责生产调度指挥、安全管理、劳动纪律管理等工作，配合各部门做好工作。
• 协调各车间、各部门，配合统一指挥调度，具备解决一般性问题的能力。
• 值班时间巡视检查生产情况，监督检查各部门生产计划的执行情况。
• 建立和完善各种台账、记录和档案制度。
• 熟悉铁合金生产各项流程，统筹铁合金生产管理。
• 完成上级安排的其他任务。
岗位要求
• 本科及以上学历，冶金、材料科学、化学工程或相关专业。
• 具备高级工程师职称。
• 具有生产经理及以上相关职位经验。
• 要求技能:较强的领导能力，组织能力和解决问题的能力。
• 8年以上铁合金生产企业经理主任经验(主要是硅铁/硅锰/Metsi产品);
• 安全系统经验/对安全规则和政策的执行有广泛的理解;
• 良好的计算机技能，包括使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, Power Point和/或Access)编制电子表格和分析数据和趋势的能力;
• 较强的领导能力、团队建设能力和高级教练技巧;
• 激励、评估和发展员工技能的能力;
• 能够在团队中工作，并在团队环境中领导决策过程。优秀的人际沟通和倾听能力;
• 精通英语和普通话。

Job Description
• Reports to Production & Dispatching Manager;
• Under the leadership of the company, assisting department manager to establish management system of routine dispatching, and strictly implement it.
• Taking responsibility for production scheduling command, safety management, labor discipline management on duty time, doing job well through cooperating with others departments.
• Coordinating between each workshop and department, cooperating and unifying command scheduling, having the ability to solve general problems.
• Patrolling and inspection for production situation on duty time, supervising and inspecting the implementation of production plan of each department.
• Establishing and perfecting various standing book, record and files system.
• Post Requirements: Proficiency in the use of office software, be familiar with ferroalloy production, experienced in ferroalloy production management, without qualification for outstanding persons.
• Any others tasks as assigned by superior(s).
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree Bachelor degree or above, major in metallurgy, materials science, chemical engineering or any related field.
• With senior engineer certificate.
• Proven experience as production manager and above role.
• Required Skills : Strong Leadership skills, Organization skills & Problem Solving skills.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience ferroalloy production enterprises (mainly in ferrosilicon/silicomanganese/Metsi products);
• Experience in safety systems/extensive understanding of the implementation of safety rules and policies;
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and analyze data and trends using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access);
• Strong leadership, team building ability and advanced coaching skills;
• Ability to motivate, evaluate and develop employees' skills;
• Ability to work in a team and lead the decision-making process in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
