Responsibilities：
 Oversees the overall engineering and maintenance of the smelting plant and all auxiliary equipment including dedusting systems, cooling water systems, raw material handling systems, firefighting systems, internal electrical distribution systems and 275KV & 35KV system, Substation, utility system, Safety, Heath, Environment;
 Develops and prepares system/equipment improving/upgrading proposal from time to time;
 Ensures timely and smooth maintenance of plant and equipment with a view to minimize plant downtime or disruptions with continuous improvement in maintenance practices;
 Coaches and leads utilities, substation, equipment and maintenance departments;
 Cultivates, develops and nurtures leadership, operational and technical talents in all layers of utilities, substation, equipment and maintenance departments;
 Develops and maintains standard work procedures for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance schedule and activities;
 Works with relevant departments to establish spare parts stocking policies;
 Ensures utilities, maintenance and engineering works are compliant to Health & Safety regulations
 Develops procedures for maintaining tooling and workshop services including calibration of all important instrumentation;
 Develops and plans maintenance and equipment related training for the entire plant;
 Other duties as assigned by your superiors.

Requirements:
 Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, electrical or relevant field
 Above 15 years of work experience, at least 5 years as a Deputy Chief engineer, Chief Engineer or a similar position in the Smelting industry or relevant field
 Knowledge and technical understanding of smelting process, mechanical electrical and project management
 Holding a valid technical license like senior certificates
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Good time management and organizational skills
 Excellent leadership skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work in extreme conditions
 Ability to handle stressful situations
 Proficient in both English and Mandarin;
 Working Location: Samalaju, Sarawak, Malaysia

上级安排的其他任务。

要求:
机械、电气或相关专业硕士或学士学位
15年以上工作经验，至少5年在冶炼行业或相关领域担任副总工程师、总工程师或类似职位
对冶炼工艺、机械、电气和项目管理有一定的知识和技术理解
持有高级证书等有效技术许可证
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
良好的时间管理和组织能力
优秀的领导能力
较强的分析和解决问题的能力
良好的沟通能力
能够在极端条件下工作
能够处理压力情况
熟练掌握英语和普通话;
