月薪/Monthly salary: 40000-60000 泰铢/Baht
岗位职责Responsible:
1) 负责工厂日常基础运营工作,包括员工入职、离职、合同档案管理等流程办理,快速学习掌握流程规范,有效把控流程风险;
Responsible for the daily basic operation of the plant, including employee entry, resignation, contract file management etc. Learn and master the process quickly, Effectively control the process risks.
2) 负责供应商对接,参与服务方案的制定,有效监控服务质量;
Responsible for engaging with the supplier, Participate in service plan formulation. Effectively monitor the service quality.
3) 主导HR信息化建设,HR系统需求收集和流程优化,信息化数据日常运营及维护;
Lead HR information construction, HR system data collecting and process standardization, daily operation and maintenance of information data.
4) 参与公司政策的更新,能够根据泰国政策和业务需求,定期更新维护公司政策;
Participate in company level policy update, to update policy regularly base on Thailand policy and the requirement of business development.
5) 负责日常运营数据处理,定期输出运营报表,维护对接BOI相关事务Responsible for daily operational data processing, Output the operation report regularly,maintain and connect with BOI related transactions.
6) 独立完成员工服务,解决员工问题,能够主动思考,不断提升员工体验;
Provide employee service independently, help emplyee on problem resolving, Take inintiatives to improve emplyees' experience and satisfaction.

岗位要求/ Specify knowledge and capabilities:
1) 大专及以上学历,人力资源、心理学和法律相关专业优先;
College degree or above, HR, Psychology or law major is preferred.
2) 3年以上HR从业经验,有制造型工厂工作经验者优先;
3 years of HR working experience or above, Experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
3) 了解泰国各项人事、劳动管理条例、法规、制度,了解劳动法律法规在企业中的运用;
Understand the various personnel and labor management regulations, law, rules/policy in Thailand. Understand the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises.
4) 学习能力较强,工作积极主动,条理性强,有较好的时间意识和团队合作意识,优秀的沟通能力和抗压性,有一定文字功底尤佳;
Strong learning ability, work actively, thinking logically, good time management awareness and team work spirit, excellent communication skills and pressure resistance, have a certain writing skills are especially good.
5) 拥有泰籍优先,必须中文流利,缅甸语熟练者优先;
Thai is preferred, must be fluent in Chinese, besides, The Burmese speakers are preferred.
