月薪/Monthly salary: 30000-40000 泰铢/Baht
岗位职责Responsible：
1) 根据销售需求，工厂产能，良率及各项生产限制排定主生产计划，确认销售出货需求的达成;
Production plan: arrange the main production plan according to the sales demand, factory manufacturing capacity, yield and various production restrictions. Confirm the achievement of sales and shipment demand.
2) 主导生产计划的风险项目，并协调相关单位确定处理对策；处理紧急需求变化、物料供应变化，协调生产排程与销售出货;
Take lead efforts to make the production plan for risk items and coordinate with the related departments to work out a solution. Handle emergency demand changes, logistics supply changes, coordinate with other teams to achieve the production schedule, sales and shipment.
3) 生产异常协调处理：根据工厂实际生产进度，评估对出货计划的影响，并跨部门协调，调整生产计划;
Coordinate with other teams to handle any production abnormity. Evaluate the impact on shipment plan according to actual production schedule and lead the cross-department coordination to adjust the production plan.
4) 通过内部岗位培训能熟练使用企业管理系统软件;
Be familar with all manage software by internal on-job training
岗位要求/ Specify knowledge and capabilities：
1) 大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，掌握生产运营管理和生产排程等相关知识，熟悉工厂制程、产能等技术，包材纸箱行业尤佳;
College degree or above, 3 years or above related working experience, Master the knowledge of production operation and scheduling, Be familiar with manufacturing process and production capacity, experience on carton box manufacturing industry will be preferred.
2) 熟悉office操作技巧、熟练操作Word EXCEL PPT等、良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、抗压能力强;
Be familiar with office software like Word, Excell, PPT etc., Good communication skills, Good team work, Could be work under pressure.
3) 中文听说读写熟练优先;
Fluent in Chinese is preferred.
