月薪/Monthly salary: 50000-70000 泰铢/Baht
岗位职责Responsible：
1) 负责仓储、收发货的现场运营管理，包括收货、拣货、打包、配送、盘点、退货等操作;
Responsible for the on-site management of warehouse, receiving and delivering goods. Including receiving, picking, packaging, dispatching, check and reject goods operation etc.
2) 制定仓库管理和配送管理的各项流程和标准，并监督执行;
Make various procedures and stands for warehouse management and distribution management, follow-up on supervision and execution.
3) 建立货运供应商绩效考核标准，完善数据报表，对仓库内各组别KPI进行月度、年度评核和原因分析，寻找提升服务质量的方案；
Establish the performance appraisal standards for freight suppliers, Perfect data report, conduct a monthly and yearly KPI review for each group in warehouse. Root cause analysis and look for solution to improve the service quality.
4) 领导物流部门并与其他职能部门紧密合作，跟踪和处理各类运作异常状况，并提出改善方案;
Lead logistics dept. and work closely with other functional departments. Track and handle all kinds of operational anomalies and propose the improvement plan.
5) 负责物流部员工的招聘、绩效评核，确保全部员工配置合理，使员工保持在稳定而高效的工作状态;
Responsible for the recruitment of the logistics department staff and KPI review, Ensure that all staff are properly configured to keep them in a stable and efficient working state.
6) 配合总经理完成新项目的执行及流程优化;
Cooperate with the general manager to complete the execution of the new project and process optimization.
岗位要求/ Specify knowledge and capabilities：
1) 大专以上学历，物流或管理类相关专业优先考虑；3年以上物流工作经验，2年以上团队搭建与管理经验;
College degree or above, Logistics or management related major is preferred. 3 years or above logistics work experience, 2 years or above team building and management experience.
2) 拥有纸箱包材行业仓管理经验，纸箱产品制程工艺熟悉的优先考虑;
Experience in warehouse management of carton packaging industry, Familiar with Carton box manufacturing process is preferred.
3) 责任心强，专注细节，勇于持续改善并寻求更好解决方法;
Strong sense of responsibility, focus on details, strong courage to drive continue improvement and pursue the better solutions.
4) 具备较强的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，以及强大的执行推进能力;
Have a strong team management and communication & coordination abilities, Strong execution and promotion capacity.
5) 熟悉使用各类电脑办公软件；普通话或缅语能沟通的优先;
Be familiar with all office software, Speaking Chines or Burmese is preferred.
