岗位职责:
Responsibilities:

1. 根据公司发展需求，制定年度和月度招聘HC，制定招聘计划，并对招聘结果负责；
According to the company's development needs, make annual and monthly recruitment HC, formulate recruitment plans, and be responsible for recruitment results.
2. 策划并组织执行各项招聘活动，包括但不限于：社招、校招、海外人才招聘；
Plan and organize the implement of various recruitment activities, including but not limited to: social recruitment, school recruitment, overseas talent recruitment.
3. 担任研发部门伙伴，了解其业务，协助和支持其选、用、育、留等工作；
Act as a partner of the R&D department, understand its business, assist and support its recruitment configuration, selection and appointment, personnel training and retain talent.
4. 整理分析招聘数据和结果，优化招聘流程，提高招聘效率。
Sort out and analyze recruitment data and results, optimize recruitment process and improve recruitment efficiency.

岗位要求：
Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5年以上招聘经验，其中至少2年半导体行业招聘经验；
5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the semiconductor industry.
3. 勤奋、好学、逻辑能力突出、有出色的协调和沟通能力；
Diligent, studious, outstanding logical ability, excellent coordination and communication skills.
4. 英语流利，可作为工作语言。
Fluent in English and able to interview foreign candidates is preferred.
