岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities:

1. 资金管理：监控公司每日现金流与银行余额，进行付款审批和资金调度，确保资金链稳定。
Cash Management: Monitor the company’s daily cash flow and bank balances, oversee payment approvals and manage fund transfers to ensure a stable cash flow.
2. 审批与监督：审核采购申请单、采购发票、库存申请及小额支出，保证资金使用合规透明。
Approval and Supervision: Review purchase requests, invoices, inventory requisitions, and small expenditures, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial transactions.
3. 账务处理：管理Sage系统的过账记录和外汇交易，月度对账和应计项目记录，为财务结算提供支持。
Accounting Management: Handle postings in the Sage system, manage foreign exchange transactions, perform monthly account reconciliations, and record accruals to support financial closing.
4. 报告与分析：编制和合并月度财务报告，对比预算与实际损益，提供财务分析支持公司决策。
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports, compare budgeted results with actual performance, and provide financial analysis to aid in decision-making.
5. 工资和税务管理：审核月度工资单及税款缴纳情况，确保薪资发放准确，依法履行纳税义务。
Payroll and Tax Management: Review monthly payroll and tax payments, ensuring accuracy in salary distribution and compliance with tax obligations.
6. 年度预算与审计：制定年度预算，配合外部审计，推动财务流程优化。
Annual Budget and Audit: Develop the annual budget, coordinate with external auditors, and work on improving financial processes.

任职要求 | Qualifications:

1. 国籍：不限。
Nationality: Open to all.
2. 性别：不限。

3. 年龄要求：30-50岁。
Age Requirement: 30-50 years old.
4. 文化程度：统招大专/本科以上学历，财务相关专业，如会计学、金融学、统计学等。
Education: Accredited diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, or related fields.
5. 外语水平：英语听、说、读、写熟练。
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
6. 工作经验：
• 大专学历需10年以上财务管理工作经验；
• 本科学历需8年以上财务管理工作经验；
• 有海外工作经验者优先；
• 曾在工业或工程公司担任财务管理职务者优先。
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years in financial management for diploma holders;
• Minimum of 8 years in financial management for bachelor’s degree holders;
• Preference for candidates with overseas work experience;
• Prior experience in financial management within industrial or engineering companies is a plus.
7. 执业资格：中级以上会计师职称，拥有国际认证财务资格或国内注册会计师证书者优先。
Professional Certification: Must hold at least an intermediate-level accounting certification; candidates with internationally recognized financial qualifications or a domestic CPA certification are preferred.
8. 知识结构：掌握全面的财务与会计专业知识，熟悉现代企业管理、财经法律法规和制度。
Knowledge Structure: Strong background in accounting and finance, with knowledge of modern business management and familiarity with financial laws and regulations.
9. 素质能力：具备判断力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力；拥有良好的职业道德、严谨的工作作风以及高度的责任感。
Skills and Competencies: Excellent judgment, interpersonal communication, and coordination skills, with strong planning and execution capabilities; a high level of professional ethics, meticulous work habits, and a strong sense of responsibility.
