Job Description:
1. Maximize regional sales and brand growth by supporting the Deputy General Manager of the Middle East Company in executing marketing initiatives across the Arabian Peninsula and Middle East.
2. Lead direct sales and distributor management in the assigned territories, ensuring precise oversight of production, inventory, sales, and accounts receivable to drive target achievement.
3. Enhance distributor capabilities in the Arabian Peninsula and Middle East, focusing on marketing, service, and aftermarket support, while developing tailored sales policies and promotional strategies to meet annual goals.
4. Develop and maintain distributor networks across key markets (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman), ensuring alignment with LiuGong’s annual sales objectives.
5. Build and manage high-performing teams in the region, including recruitment, training, and operational efficiency to deliver sales targets.
6. Cultivate key client relationships in the Arabian Peninsula and Middle East, conducting regular visits, collaborating with internal teams to profile clients, track opportunities, secure orders, and sustain long-term partnerships.
7. Monitor distributor operations, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with LiuGong’s standards.
8. Analyze market and competitor trends in the region, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
9. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (production, logistics, technical support) to optimize resource utilization and market responsiveness.
10. Represent LiuGong at industry forums, government meetings, and key stakeholder events in the region.
11. Execute additional leadership assignments as required.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s in International Trade, Marketing, or Engineering (construction machinery knowledge preferred).
2. 5+ years in construction machinery marketing/sales
3. Fluent in English or Arabic
4. Strong trade/market analysis and cross-cultural negotiation.
